states of Tennessee and Georgia.
Mentone and Fort Payne attract many visitors to the hills of the nearby De Soto State Park and the Little River Canyon National Preserve - one of the deepest gorges in the east.
But the Alabama Mountain Lakes area is not the only cabin destination in the state and there are plenty of log cabins scattered around the waterways and lakes of the central and southern regions.
